The FCC’s transparency rule, 47 CFR § 8.1(a), requires California Broadband Cooperative to disclose the following information:

Service Description - California Broadband Cooperative offers high-speed Internet. California Broadband Cooperative’s business products include ELINE, ELAN, Wavelengh, Colocation, & Internet services. All products are using an all fiber backbone, which provides you the customer superior speed, low latency and high reliability.
California Broadband Cooperative does not engage in any of the following Network Management Practices (as defined by the FCC): Blocking, Throttling, Affiliated Prioritization, Paid Prioritization, Congestion Management, Application-Specific Behavior, Device Attachment Rules, nor any practices used to ensure end-user security or security of the network, including types of triggering conditions that cause a mechanism to be invoked (but excluding information that could reasonably be used to circumvent network security).
California Broadband Cooperative does not offer any non-broadband Internet access service data services which may affect the last-mile capacity available for, and the performance of, broadband Internet access service.
California Broadband Cooperative does not engage in any network management practices which entail inspection of network traffic, nor does it store traffic, provided network traffic information to third parties, or use such data for non-network management purposes.
California Broadband Cooperative offers customers, within its service area, a rate broadband Internet service on 12 to 60 month contract for a monthly fee of $4 to $8 per Mbs.
